If you are interested in one-to-one Mindfulness Meditation sessions, then watch this space! I will be completing my Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training course in May 2026. Post-qualifying, I will be offering one-to-one sessions.
Depending on your requirements, a typical session may include: a few short meditations and one longer mediation, plus time for reflection. To find out more about mindfulness meditation please read below.
What’s going on in your life currently?
Do you feel that life is starting to feel off or too noisy or unsustainable? Or does your mind constantly work overtime? Have you noticed an increase in stress and anxiety in your daily life? Or maybe you tend to overthink situations?
Perhaps you notice that you’re suffering from burnout, or are going through a period of grief, or you may have experienced significant life changes.
Perhaps something is forcing you to start questioning Why am I suffering? Why do I react this way? Is there another way to be?
Sometimes emotional difficulties lead us to notice unhelpful patterns in our own behaviour or with our relationships with loved ones. Maybe you’ve noticed being over-reactive at times, or are having spiralling thoughts or making impulsive decisions all of which can lead to emotional overwhelm.
The relentless mental chatter or internal noise can get exhausting and can we lose the ability to be present in our own lives.
Mindfulness mediation can offer a pause – a way to reduce stress and promote calmness.
